Inventory & Availability

  • Our inventory is updated regularly as new items become available. We recommend checking back often to discover new finds and one-of-a-kind pieces as they’re added.

  • Absolutely. Visit our Contact page to connect with our team -  we’d be happy to answer any additional questions and provide more information about a specific item.

  • Please contact our team to schedule a visit. Advance notice is required so we can coordinate access to the item and have it ready for viewing. Please note that we are unable to hold any item prior to payment.

  • Most items featured on ORIJIN Finds are limited-quantity or one-of-a-kind pieces, so once they’re sold out, they may not return. While certain more common materials or products may occasionally reappear, we do not regularly restock the same inventory.

  • While our parent company, ORIJIN STONE, sells direct-to-trade with exclusive pricing, ORIJIN Finds is dedicated to offering less-than-wholesale/contractor pricing to both retail and trade professionals. This site offers the most clearanced prices available for all products.

  • ORIJIN Finds does not offer custom sourcing or special orders, as the shop is focused on curated, in-stock inventory and unique finds. However, trade professionals looking for custom materials or project-specific sourcing are encouraged to connect with ORIJIN STONE directly to learn more about available services and capabilities.

Orders & Payment

  • To place an order, simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed through checkout by entering your contact information and completing payment online.

    Once your order is prepared, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email notification.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations after purchase. Customers are responsible for verifying quantities, dimensions, and product suitability prior to placing an order. Natural stone products will vary in color, texture, and pattern. Product photos and screen displays may appear different from the material in person due to lighting, photography, and monitor settings. Variation is natural and is not considered a defect.

  • All sales are final. Due to the limited-quantity and one-of-a-kind nature of many items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to discuss the situation with you.

  • Because inventory is limited, all purchases are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All orders are fulfilled through ORIJIN STONE and can be picked up from our stone yard at 5100 Boone Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55428.

If your project requires delivery assistance, please complete our Delivery Quote Request Form so our team can review your project needs, availability, and provide accurate pricing information.

Pickup Information

  • You will receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready for pickup. We recommend you add finds@orijinstone.com to your approved senders list to ensure the notification doesn’t go to your spam inbox.

  • All orders are fulfilled through ORIJIN Stone and are available for pickup at our Minneapolis stone yard located at
    5100 Boone Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55428

  • Once you receive your Ready for Pickup notification, you can pick up your order between 7:30am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends. 

  • Please bring your order confirmation email and ensure your vehicle has adequate space and weight capacity for the item(s) purchased. We recommend you bring straps, blankets, or tie-downs for larger items.

  • Yes - our team is happy to assist with loading your item into your vehicle using a forklift when needed. Please note that we are unable to hand load materials. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for transport, and ORIJIN STONE is not liable for any damage that may occur during loading or transport.

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 business days after receiving your Ready for Pickup notification unless arrangements have been made with us in advance, prior to placing your order. Orders not picked up within 10 business days will be canceled, refunded, and returned to inventory.

  • Yes. Please ensure the designated pickup person has access to the order confirmation email, as it will be required to release the item at pickup.

  • No - appointments are not required. However, if you’d like to let us know when you plan to arrive, we can help make your pickup more efficient by preparing your items in advance.

Delivery & Fabrication

  • Local delivery service is available for select orders for an additional fee. If your project requires delivery assistance, please complete our Delivery Quote Request Form so our team can review your project needs, availability, and provide accurate pricing information.

  • Custom fabrication services may be available for select projects for an additional fee.

Product Information

  • Yes - natural stone is inherently unique, and variations in color, veining, texture, movement, and overall appearance are to be expected. These natural characteristics are part of what make each piece distinct and contribute to the beauty and individuality of the material.

  • Yes - many products, especially natural stone and reclaimed materials, may feature variations, irregularities, chips, surface marks, or other imperfections. These characteristics are considered part of the material’s natural character and aesthetic appeal rather than defects. We encourage customers to review product photos and descriptions carefully and contact our team with any questions prior to purchasing.

  • ORIJIN Finds features a mix of inventory, including new materials, limited-quantity items, discontinued products, and one-of-a-kind finds. Many pieces are unique and may only be available in a single quantity or lot, which is part of what makes the collection special.
