Pickup Information
All orders are fulfilled through ORIJIN STONE and must be picked up within 7 business days of receiving your Ready for Pickup notification. If you need additional time or special arrangements, please contact our team prior to purchasing.

Loading Information
All orders are palletized for pickup. Our team is happy to assist with forklift loading into an appropriate vehicle or trailer. For eligible products, customers may also choose to hand-load. Hand loading must be completed by the customer; ORIJIN STONE staff cannot assist with manual loading. Please ensure your vehicle has adequate capacity, cargo space, and secure tie-down points for the material being picked up. Don’t forget straps, blankets, or tie-downs for larger or fragile materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for transport, and ORIJIN STONE is not liable for any damage that may occur during loading or transport.
Unclaimed Orders
ORIJIN reserves the right to cancel any order that remains unclaimed after seven (7) business days. In such cases, ORIJIN may deduct a restocking fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price from any refund issued.
